On 16^th February we held a meeting with CND Vice President Bruce Kent, Chris Nineham from the Stop the War Coalition, Liverpool Councillor, Tom Crone of the Green Party and Kim Bryan from the Socialist Labour Party in the run up to the national Stop Trident demonstration later than month.

War Resisters’ International were joined by members of Merseyside Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and Liverpool Pax Christi outside Walton prison to mark the 100^th anniversary of military conscription in Britain.
